These Terms of Service apply to customers purchasing from Halo House within Lebanon.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct so that we can process and deliver your order successfully.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.
Product availability, descriptions, prices, and other information may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products when necessary.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered confirmed once Halo House accepts and confirms the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the selected products, quantities, sizes, colors, contact information, and delivery address.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel the order and will contact you using the information provided when placing the order.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All product prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change at any time.
Halo House currently accepts the following payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• WishPay
For online payments, payment is processed through the applicable payment gateway. Halo House does not have access to your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Halo House currently delivers within Lebanon.
Delivery times provided by Halo House are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, traffic, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND ORDER ISSUES
All Halo House sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to an issue with the order.
We only accept an order issue when:
• The item received is damaged; or
• The customer receives an item that is different from what was ordered.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.
We may request additional information or evidence when necessary to verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Halo House will arrange an exchange or replacement of the affected item, subject to availability.
If the exact item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.
Issues reported after the 2-day period may not be accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 7 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after receiving it.
If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item and its packaging until the issue has been reviewed by Halo House.
Do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving instructions from Halo House.
If the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Halo House website, including our name, logo, photographs, graphics, text, product images, designs, and other materials, belongs to Halo House or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, and other service providers that help us operate our store.
